Arborist Training Services

There are many people working in the tree care industry. Unfortunately, too many of them have little or no training and therefore recommend and carry out bad tree work. Often these people will refer to themselves as arborist when in fact they are just ‘tree loppers’ with no understanding of what their uneducated practices or advice to tree owners causes in the short and long term.

It is important that anyone seeking advice on trees should only engage a AQF Level 5 qualified Arborists to provide consultations. Further if you are engaging a arborist to conduct tree maintenance or pruning works, please ensure they have a minimum AQF Level 3 qualification in Arboriculture.

Hiring an arborist is a decision that should not be taken lightly. Proper tree care is an investment that can lead to substantial returns. Well cared-for trees are attractive and can add considerable value to your property. Poorly maintained trees can be a significant liability.

Pruning or removing trees, especially large trees, is dangerous work. Tree work should only be done by those trained and equipped to work safely in trees.

TESTIMONIALS

James Deluca

“Please thankyou your colleagues for the very professional job they did in reducing the height of our tree. It now has hanging flower baskets all over it and looks pretty good in its new form. I thought the boys might like to see the photos. Once again thanks for a job well done. ”

"We would like to say thank you for doing such a marvelous job in taking down the tree on the above block this morning. Not only did the team do a superb job, but it was a joy to watch true professionals at work. James in particular showed great skill at the job, and was obviously aware of safety at all times, both for himself and his crew. He was also very pleasant and easy to get along with and we had every confidence in him as soon as we met. We were also very impressed by the efficiency and courteous manner shown by Erin in promptly returning phone calls and coordinating with Wildthing Environmental Services. We will be more than happy to recommend your company"
